Outdoor Camera School (OCS)

Finally, a resource that addresses the concerns of outdoor television production at a professional level. In response to the high volume of requests for training, Steve Finch and Marc Womack are conducting an outdoor cameraman workshop – Surf & Turf Outdoor Camera School (OCS). This three-day seminar is scheduled for April 30-May 2, 2010. This intermediate seminar is focused on the outdoor cameraman who has been working in the field from one to five years, and who wants to dramatically improve his or her camera work.

During the seminar you will learn all the tricks of the trade, as instructors challenge you to become a better cameraman.  Editors will love you for the footage and story telling you bring home from the field as you build the complete visual story before, during, and after the hunt. This seminar will focus on “hands on” training utilizing the camera that you will actually use in the field.

Instructor, Steve Finch was original co-creator and producer of Realtree Road Trips with Michael Waddell, as well as a producer and director of the original video series “Incomplete Deer Hunter with Jeff Foxworthy”. Marc Womack has been the producer and director of Realtree Road Trips with Michael Waddell for the past three years, and has produced Realtree’s top selling video series “Monster Bucks”. Combined, both instructors have over 20 years of experience in producing, directing and filming in the outdoor industry. They have worked with the best personalities, hunting pros and outfitters in the business.
